All our resources and workshops are based upon the principles of the key components. The Key Components are key attributes which build resilience and form our emotional wellbeing.
Many successes and failures in life are attributed to the development (or lack of development) in one or more of these areas.
Using these key components as a guide - by asking "Do I have enough of...?" Or "Am I practising enough of...?" will enable people to identify areas which need development; and to implement changes to specific parts of their lives to ensure happiness, safety and success.
